The section Software Bundles in the navigation gives you an overview of the installed Infoman Software Distribution Bundles.
Starting from here you can create new configurations from scratch by right clicking the version you want to create a configuration for and then clicking on Create Configuration.
An Infoman Configuration Client window will open where you can edit the configuration to your needs.
For more information about how to use the Infoman Configuration Client of the Infoman Diagnostic Manager have a look here.
Back to the Infoman Software Distribution Bundles you can also open the default GPRS properties in a text editor of that version by click Show GPRS Settings.
The context menu item Check for resource updates... is just to start a manually search for resource updates for that Bundle, but this is automatically done when the Infoman Diagnostic Manager starts up. If a resource download failed at start up you might click this to enforce another try.
The context menu item Properties does exist for just every item in the Navigation, if you click this you will see further information to the selected item. As an example here you can see the Properties dialog for the Infoman Software included in the Infoman Software Distribution Bundle 1.12.0.
If you expand an Infoman Software Distribution Bundle you will see a lot entries beneath it, the only items that are important here are the example configurations, you can use those to create your own configurations, just make a right click on one of the example configurations and click Edit configuration.
The Infoman Configuration Client will open and show the content of the example configuration, you can edit it to your needs and use it for an Infoman.
All other files in an Infoman Software Distribution Bundle are only needed when flashing an Infoman with a new firmware version and are just shown here for information purposes.
